All items are inspected prior to shipping and if an item is received damaged as a result from shipping, please contact the shipping carrier. If the item is received with a manufacture defect please contact PASSPORTFLAVOURS@GMAIL.COM within 3 days of the delivery date along with a description and picture of the damaged item. We will respond within 24hours with details on how to proceed.
For any reason if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you need to contact PASSPORTFLAVOURS@GMAIL.COM to exchange within 3 days from the delivery date. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost associated with the exchanged item. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED!!!
If you choose to exchange your item for a different color or style, please contact us first on how to proceed. If exchange is permitted you will be responsible for shipping cost. If the item being exchanged is returned worn or damaged the exchange will not be permitted and returned to you.
